About the Photographer
My great grandfather—God rest his soul—always referred to western North Carolina as “God’s Country” and upon first glance, it’s clear to see why. I was immediately drawn to the majestic Blue Ridge Mountains, as well as the southern hospitality, and vibrant culture of the area. It wasn’t long after my move to WNC that I had a desire to try and capture—as best I can—its natural beauty in photographs.
My photography is mostly devoted to the landscape of WNC; however, you will find that I enjoy capturing the beauty of other places and life events, as well. On my outings, I am usually accompanied by my beautiful wife, Ashley, and our dog, Gravy; they bring an additional sense of joy and are my greatest supporters.
I hope you enjoy my photographs and find yourself at peace along the way. Further, I hope you find yourself connected—albeit remotely—to our wondrous outdoors.
